It looks very similar to my Tevion TDR250HD.

I suspect that the DVD loader could be replaced with an IDE version if a 40-way header were added to the PCB.

The Salora HDD2510 appears to be a rebadged DR5505 manufactured by Shenzhen MTC Multimedia Co., Ltd.
